Just my download is the issue, running at 540/520

hmmmmm... my issue is caused by a router firmware update, ridiculous but my TP-Link C5400, running the latest firmware, exhibits some kind of throttle on performance.

On an older version it's fine.....

@AfriNatic Been observing something odd on my WAN port. There's constant data flowing between 2-6 Mbps. Firewall rules are all set to not allow any external connections or use my Mikrotik as DNS relay/server.

Upon packet sniffing the port, I do however, see what I can only assume to be Afrihost clients IP and data rates

I think he may be stuck behind a CGNAT and wants a public IP for his Plex server
