So now its the 1st of July, why am I paying for 100/100 and still on 50/50 ? Get your act together. Afrihost

I was on the 100/10 package. ClientZone reflects my new packages as 200/200. Yesterday my upload speeds increased to 100 but download remained at 100. Now it seems I am on 100/100. Meh.

Got this from whatsapp support:

Vuma is only running script today , It will be increased Please allow upto 72 working hours

No dont agree. 4 out of 10 people i game with already on new speeds. They feeding you lies

Hi,

If you have not received the new speeds yet drop me a pm let me see what the line speed is at currently.

Funny how when the speed must go down the script runs in seconds and when the speed must go up it takes 72 Working hours ? BS Well if its going to take that long why did you not get it started 9 days ago

We have noticed that lines are being moved to the wrong speed profiles.

We are engaging with Vuma on the matter.

100/10 is being moved to 100/100 instead of 200/200 as indicated by Vuma.

My 50/5 is now 50/50. Afrihost portal shows 100

We have been briefed by the Ops team on why this is happening.

Afrihost has a different plan change to what Vumatel indicated.

Clients on 100/10 only gets moved to 100/100 on Vumatel side but Afrihost with the price changes we announced thought it's better to move clients to 200/200 as that offers better value for money.

We are working on a way with Dev to submit regrade orders via the API for these clients to be regraded to the correct package.

Started with the upgrades last night at around 9:00 it seems. Had a few hours of bonus speed before it was locked to the 200mbit by around 11:50. Smooth process, link didnt go down at all.
