New Afrihost VOIP account.
Anyone able to help. I cannot receive incoming calls on Yealink W52P (followed setup instructions) or Linphone. Outgoing calls work fine. No error on calling side. Yealink and Linphone App do not ring.

Can you try changing the transport type to tcp instead of udp?

UDP, TCP or TLS does not make any difference. I have tried Grandstream Wave Lite, Linphone and Zoiper all with the same result - No incoming calls.

Tested Linphone using different internet source and calls are received. I have Zyxel NBG6515 Router supplied by Afrihost. Turned off Firewall on Router - Did not resolve incoming call issue.

Are you using an Afrihost connection?

Yes, No incoming calls when using Afrihost Fibre Connection. Tested Apps on iPhone via another network and it works with incoming. Issue with Zyxel NBG6515 Router ?

I had the same problem with Asterisk, ended up moving to a Vox account.

I suspect this to be your issue, as SIP ALG or sip helper causes double natting and this would impact audio. If possible try with another router

Anyone got it working with 3CX on Afrihost/Openserv fibre?

Looks like there is a SIP ALG issue on the fibre.

SIP ALG is disabled on my router but 3CX stills detects it.

Also tried with DLINK same results

testing 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server... done

Does it prevent voip from working? Does it work on mobile data?

I replaced Router with Asus RT-AX53U and disabled SIP Passthrough. It now works.
