Hi.having issues with the calls from MTN/Airmobile/Melon to our Afrihost VOIP number the calls dont even ring or anything they just die.
Using the Telviva app even and still the same.

If you are using a Yealink phone you can block it.@Afrigirl & co., on our VOIP number we want to be able to block certain numbers, from undesireables. Like a Blacklist.
I've already heard from your call centre that it's not possible on your service, but since it's such a standard need please launch a general enquiry for me as to why not. Maybe a strong suggestion to consider it as well.
No rush but please provide feedback sometime.

Thanks. Will look into the PBX solution.If you are using a Yealink phone you can block it.
Alternatively, any PBX software will be able to allow you to block numbers.
