Afrihost Pure VOIP

@AfriNatic gs wave app settings work when I’m on 5 G , doesn’t work when I’m on WiFi aka link layer fibre.

Could be an IP block. Please send me your current IP also so I can ask Telviva to whitelist the IP.

I have a lot of messages and will reply asap.
 
It’s working now , I enumerated the ports on my ax 3 router which is connected to the link layer ont (another HUAWEI router )

@AfriNatic how to log in to the telviva web portal - what username and password to use? same as clientzone?

1. The username is the Afrihost pure voip phone number
2. Afrihost does a poor job of marketing this portal. Telviva has a VoIP app that can be used, if somebody doesn't want to bother with 3CX setup, etc. Please do better!
 
having issues with the calls from MTN/Airmobile/Melon to our Afrihost VOIP number the calls dont even ring or anything they just die.

Using the Telviva app even and still the same.

Never had these issues with Euphoria

@Afrigirl & co., on our VOIP number we want to be able to block certain numbers, from undesireables. Like a Blacklist.

I've already heard from your call centre that it's not possible on your service, but since it's such a standard need please launch a general enquiry for me as to why not. Maybe a strong suggestion to consider it as well.
No rush but please provide feedback sometime.

If you are using a Yealink phone you can block it.
Alternatively, any PBX software will be able to allow you to block numbers.

Thanks. Will look into the PBX solution.

In our case it's a cordless Gigaset as the main phone (no blacklist feature), and Zoiper5 software on various devices but only the free version so has no frills at all. I've heard they don't do it either though.

Hoping someone can assist...
Need to get a Freshphole alt, so I got an Afrihost Voip acc which works on Zoiper, but I can't login on the Telviva app. Keeps telling me my username & password are incorrect.
Is there a trick to it that I'm missing? I gat hold of AH via WAppp, but they haven't given me a solution yet.
