I know I'm late to the party, but I'm assuming all the people who voted on this haven't actually tried to get support from Afrihost anything like recently. They are awful.
I'm 3 weeks into signing up for a new Fibre connection and have wasted countless hours trying to get it up and running. They've taken my money, but I still have no functional Fibre (there is an existing ONT, it's just a transfer of account). Afrihost's various support channels are completely useless: Phone never answers, email responds glacially slowly and unhelpfully when they do eventually respond, and WhatsApp has no idea what's going on and just responds from a completely useless script.
