?? What's weird about the flight path, it's a straight line.
Pedantic mode: The flight path is a line above the surface of the earth, so its straight in two dimensions, but curved in the 3rd dimension...

Edit: Ultra pedantic. The flight path is actually curved to optimise speed against head-winds.
