Air Time Mysteriously Disappearing.

I really hate to post this tread because I am really happy with Cell-C's service until now.

I ran out of airtime this morning so checked my balance. "R0 airtime and 35 mb left on bundle"
So I loaded R250 from internet banking. Received my sms from cell-c confirming my purchase.

Immediately after my purchase I always double check by dialling *147#
My balance is now showing "R196 airtime and R35 mb on bundle"

Exactly R54 missing!

Spent the whole afternoon playing "Call-Centre Hot Potato"
No one at Cell C can explain Where and Why.
and still no correction of my account.

Disappearing airtime seriously outweighs cheap calls!

Let them check for any subscriptions. They must be able to see where that money went!

Every month before I do my BIS subs I call MTN & ask are there any subs services & every month some Bikini Babes or something is there. They request a cacellation with 2 hours it sorted & I activate BIS.

So its not your SP you need to ask you SP to check subs services

Called Cell-C again this morning.
The operator could not find any subscriptions.
He recognize that the money has gone missing. But his system is not showing any deduction.

He is escalating the query to the technical department and where told it would take 24hours.

My CellC data sim (12 months 120Gb SIM purchased 02 Jan) stopped working Thursday 25th. Balance on Connection Manager shows R0 airtime and 5665mb data balance. Data help line said my airtime window had expired. No matter me telling them that it was a 12 month contract and hey, it not the end of October yet, they said I must top it up to continue. Suggested that R5,00 would do. So bought R 5,00. Connection manager says this is an "invalid amount", so bought R10,00. Same story. Data help line says Connection Manager is out of date, must get new one. Current version is 1.01.53. So downloaded new version. This is also 1.01.53.
