Slowly day by day since Friday….? No calls or any activity. No subscriptions according to MTN.

Of course they never answer emails………

Any ideas out there?

Switch off mobile data and see if the problem persists. Not sure what version of Android Version it runs but I think it's an old one. Version 4.0 and up you can access a list of all running apps by holding the center button or a multitasking button
