Alcatel trying to make a comeback (Would you consider this phone?)

So this looks like a damn nice little device...and if that price is right on gsmarean..then it could hit a sweet spot. According to the article it is for China only...but it supports the main stream freq bands..so I see now reason why this cant be sold everywhere? What do you guys think?
