:crying:

So I have to sell my car pretty soon (perhaps - changing jobs and this one will cost me just waaay too much..) Trying to figure out what the trade value is so I can get a feeling of what I will get, but there are seemingly no good sites out there. The Mead one is dead and the Transunion one asks for a login.

Anyone interested in buying my baby? :(

That sucks :(

How much you looking for?

I guess have a look on autotrader for a similarly car, and if you are trading in, knock off a good R15k from the autotrader price.

Sad that you are selling her. Almost at 10k kms with my Giulietta and happy happy happy!

Grim, you can PM me. Don't want to use this thread for that.

It is sad Random. Mine is on 14000 and I have had NOTHING but good times. It is such an awesome car, and a head turner too!!! :(

Sorry for the thread necro. . . . but how you guys still enjoying your G's? Everyone still happy?

My boss is looking at buying one and it has brought back all the feelings I have for this car. I still want one :(

I would trade my Audi in tomorrow for one.

11 months later and I still smile every time I get in. I still also turn around for a second look whenever I walk away.

She still smells new, still gets looks, and I havent been bored driving her. The MA still impresses me every time I put her in D mode. I might have to sell her though if I end up going to London for work. Ill definitely cry ;)

I only have one problem, I think the springs or lumbar support in my passenger seat are rickety and if I drive on a very bad bumpy road it can be annoying but it seldom happens.

There are some awesome deals on autotrader...DO IT!

Nice Random. Glad to hear you still enjoying it. I still take a second look every time I see one on the road.

There are some seriously good deals on almost new ones on Autotrader. If I can get a decent price on my Audi I might just consider it.

Jirrrrrrrrie...When last was I on this here forum??? 24 pages on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta ONLY? LMFAO.

As expected, I too have a GQV...mine is now at 30 000km after 5 months ownership and going strong, very strong...272BHP 430Nm strong to be exact:D

Lots of mods done to mine like suspension work, engine work, looks etc.

I recently went on a 2500km trip to Springbok in the Northern Cape...crap roads etc. After that trip my gearbox also started feeling klunky/notchy. I live far from the nearest dealer, +-180km far! With some research I found that putting the car in 2nd and then in 1st is the solution! Works wonders now...lol.

When I take it in next week for brake pads I'll have them check out this gearbox issue...other than that its all systems GO, no worries, the car flies, drives nicely and looks amazing.

Avg fuel consumption is about 8.0l/100km in town driving and it can go all the way down to 7.5l/100km at just under 120kph.
Its a really nice car, completely new everything, I would highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a hot Hatch(or sedate hatch as its not really THAT hot from factory but can kill most standard Hot Hatches) with 5 year service plan and 6 year warranty...
cheers
Alfaholic.

Ok so I know this thread is old but I would like to revive it.

I'm looking at the giulietta progression or distinctive. I read that people have issues with the suspension? Apparently its a design floor where you hear knocking when going over speed bumps or in multi level car parks, is this true?
Also I see people mentioned the 6 year warranty and 5 year service plan but the guys at arnold catz mentioned its a 3 year 100 000km maintenance plan, as this changed? I am looking at the 2013 pre face lift version
