They never really stopped, but just changed the domain name to mp3sparks.com. My account was even moved over so topping up the balance to buy more music was a breeze.
They have become more expensive lately and I assume this is to pay the more expensive bribes to the Russian officials and possibly the Judge! This is how business is done in Russia.
when allofmp3.com returns I assume they will do even more business than before due to all the publicty.
