Alternative to GoDaddy that supports TCPDF

I am currently hosting my website with GoDaddy, but am having problems trying to use TCPDF to generate a PDF that contains images. I keep getting the following error:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: <IMG_URL>

When I test the site on my local server, everything works fine. Could somebody recommended a good host. Preferably with some sort of free trial that I can test my application on before paying anything.
