"Always on" connection for 3g

Hi

I was wondering if you get a software that can send and recieve delay's that tells your 3g connection to alway's send and recieve something when you download or open web pages.

seems that the 3g stops after a while when i open webpages then i must refresh again so it can know that it's still active ( this does not hapen with ADSL)

any ideas?
