AM4 CPU fitting on X570 motherboard

I'm looking for someone that is willing to help out on just updating the BIOS for a Asus AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus motherboard, to get a 5000 series working. Anyone that is able to help out?

On a more serious note, not sure if you'll be able to flash that board without a CPU installed - unless it has the bios flashback feature?

Tried Computermania, they can't help unless I buy a CPU.

Are you able to boot into the BIOS with, or without the new CPU?
