the best and fairest system of taxation is a transaction tax on all bank transfers
Sounds like an awesome boost ... for cash and crypto to take the limelight.

In a world with zero and negative interest rates there's already not that much incentive to stick with the traditional banking system. Attach automatic tax to those transfers and watch it die a quick death.

Apply your mind as to what you are saying.

Amazon doesn't take a single dollar from its customers by force. Which means that whatever Amazon is selling, the people who buy it value it more than their money, which is why the trade happens.
Comparing that to a Guavament like here in the People's Republik of South Africa where you will get thrown in prison if you don't pay the Messiah of property rights and energy generation his dues.

Amazon is a better representation of what people actually want and need than any democratically elected government in history.

Well, please educate me in the correct ways then comrade.

And I might add that right now, you can see this in action.
https://www.builders.co.za/

What do you see on the front page of Builder's Warehouse's webpage. A massive banner directing customers to a page where they can get products that allows them to provide electricity, light and cooking (things they need) when the government can't. This happened without any government committee of political party members deciding what the people need and don't need, it happened because Builders warehouse can make money from it.

The reason why Amazon is so successful is they are the best at providing people with the stuff that they want and need.

she's probably worse than that, a deluded dumb communist posing as a dumb socialist
Ben Garrison captured her essence perfectly.

No I don't admit.

You're obviously ignoring my question and don't understand political satire at all.

so then what makes their political satire more accurate than political satire from a website. because they say so?

just like you ignore the complete definition of satire to suit your argument, they can too ignore the complete story to make it appear more funny and suit their argument.

tv shows, they do anything for ratings. its funny to laugh at, but take it with a pinch of salt.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is back tracking on her opposition to Amazon building its second headquarters in New York and would likely support it if the process is done with community input, her top aide revealed

We welcome a process, we welcome having a community process, but I don't know where the talks are at at this stage,' Saikat Chakrabarti, Ocasio-Cortez chief of staff, told Bloomberg Television.

'What she was vocal about was the process by which it happened, the deal,' Chakrabarti said. 'Amazon is the company that chose to step away from the negotiating table.'

The remarkable change in gears comes after the congresswoman was heavily criticized for her opposition to the deal, which would have brought an estimated 25,000 jobs to the area.

She'a a politician. We have had very, very few bright politicians in the last 50 years.
That's a bit flippant, but anyway... AOC is particularly ignorant on most issues aside from being quite thick, not to mention dishonest. She's really the perfect example of a virtue signalling millennial.

She graduated from Boston University, majoring in economics and international relations, so she's brighter than the majority of MyBB posters!

Doubt it. She's displayed remarkable ignorance on both her majors. Is Boston University particularly difficult to get in to or graduate from?

Edit: It's certainly easier to get into if you are a brown, woman anyway.

What were your majors again? She's definitely brighter than you at any rate. Boston University is ranked quite highly, in the top 50

No to the former and yes to the latter. It's only when uneducated people mock the education of others, that they get the stupid label.
