Changing services normally ends up in some sort of error, and the 1 out of 10 time that it actually says it was changed, it is back to the old services when you log in again after 24 hours. Really quite pathetic if you ask me
Yea, there's a major bug [or rather design oversight] imho when you edit the value added services. If you remove a bundle, it will NOT show you removed it, yet the removal request is send through to Voda. There's NO confirmation/indication that you "requested" say bundle removal anywhere, yet when you phone Vodacom they'll be able to tell you that there is such a request.
To make it even more confusing when you now want to ADD another bundle, it will do the same thing! Thus, won't show it, nor that you loaded such a request. Yet it also goes through to Vodacom.
First time i did it, i removed my 500MB bundle, it didn't show that it's removed or anything. I thought it was a bug and left it as is, next month, guess what, no bundle.
Second time , i assumed it was fixed, did same thing, but added a bundle , this confused the system somewhere and it tried to add in the CURRENT month on my bill...got billed completely wrong for multiple bundles in the same month ...was sorted out eventually.
Third time [yea i am the eternal optimist] , i tried to remove it again, saw it STILL wasn't fixed...immediately phoned help desk and had to sort it out there.
SUGGESTION:
The current view shows your CURRENT services. The missing part is to show what my FUTURE services will be. I would like to see what i REQUESTED and what vodacom have LOGGED on their system to happen the following month.
I would like to either see a "request log" or a "future services view", doesn't matter which.
Request Log would be sufficient i.e. [i know Vodacom have something like this, because they could tell me exactly when i changed my services on the web]
