I have sent numerous e-mails to you guys to tell me what is going on and what did go on last night for the entire day yesterday speeds and connections to the Brixton tower was pathetic, I sent you all the details you always ask and yet no one replied no one answered me. So with this in mind and the latest bad publicity you are receiving for your lack of service I would like to know how you could think not answering a paying customer is going to aid you in fighting this ever growing resentment of your service. I want to be told why your service has degraded so horribly within the last 2 months? I want to know why you do not tell me what is going on but rather keep asking me for details that have nothing to do with my problem such as signal strength, the mere fact that I am connected should rule that out as a problem. I would implore you to re-look at the way you are treating customers as I know you will lose allot of business because of this and this, I am sure is not what you want considering how much the service cost you to put up. Please get back to me within the next few hours as I am no longer going to try and give you any sort of understanding and sympathy as I get none from your side.

I hope they get tat we are not going away and they start treating us like customers rather than morons.
