i finally got thru just now on the help line to the famous tristan... i complained blah blah bout my ticket open 3 weeks now blah blah, yes sir we know there is a problem blah blah.....
so i said to him ok stop the crap, honestly dude how long you being with sentech, he says long before mywireless, so i says how do you as a person feel about the constant negative calls re mywireless, he says yes its rough, he says future of mywireless doesnt look good, so i say geez the whole day you getting trashed about your product, yes he says a constant barage of complaints (but they pushing the techs etc for a solution) and i says hmmmm so if its constant negative how can only 2 % be unhappy, he says yes thats a strange figure dont know how they came up with that..... he says but he knows happy mywireless users... i say oh yeah, more than unhappy ones??? no i dont think so he says... i say i reckon about 40% unhappy, he kinda agrees....
