They should not just fire one person they should take the entire board that signed this off and take them to jail for corruption.

It always amazes me how you can sit as a panel and get three tenders in, one says 3mil the other 4mil and then 15mil and the entire board says yes 15mil.

I really don't care if there is intimidation on the other board members to allow this, they should stand up and take action.

But that's the issue the entire board is corrupt to the core.
