It's not absurd. The ANC use their money for election (it's what they live for, and even there they often fail to pay) and almost all other money stolen goes into personal pockets. But they are probably also poor at managing party moneys too.

The ANC as a party are incredibly poor at managing party moneys if you look at recent history. They have failed to pay their employees on time many many times, and are unable to pay service providers (or just downright refuse to pay them).

So get more. There is a virtually endless supply if you’re willing to accept money from businessmen for definitely no future benefit and/or just funnel state business to party entities like chancellor house.

This just shows that the The Political Party Funding Act should be implemented with urgency.
