No, appointing cadres is a terrible idea, especially since most of the cadres are corrupt, stupid, and lazy. In developed democracies, the whole idea of cadre deployment would correctly be regarded as a joke.
You don't have to call it cadre deployment, just deploy a cadre and tell everyone that the cadre is the best qualified candidate and carry on with your business, no one will have any leg to stand on if they question the decision, you are the boss and you can employ whoever you like.

No, appointing cadres is good, pity there's no chance that the Freedom Front would ever govern anything, you people would try it and see for yourself, all the parties that are governing somewhere are doing it.
Epic projection there..

If any party did what the ANC is doing now they would be forced out or voted out come next election

Did what, appoint cadres to positions? The DA is doing it and they haven't yet been voted out. It's foolish to pretend like the governing party, at any sphere of government would not put their people in positions, NDZ is right, cadre deployment, or whatever you call it is going to happen, just put properly qualified people there. She is seemingly on the same page with the DA on that one.

This is what the crook in a doek wants:

He said these included ongoing large-scale and widespread inefficiencies at all levels within the agriculture department; the department’s current structures and human capital not being geared for effective implementation of plans to develop and support South Africa’s agriculture sector; an “absolute lack of delivery knowledge and work ethic” at all levels within the agriculture department; and the department’s leadership often voicing the will to tackle corruption, but then failing to hold each other accountable for this.

ANC unable to pay staff salaries – again

The ANC’s financial woes have once again resurfaced, and ordinary staff members are bearing the brunt once more. The ruling party was not able to pay its salary bill for the month of August, despite it having been scheduled to pay staff their salaries on August 25.

Failure by the governing party to pay its staff their salaries is nothing new. The party was faced with a similar problem in December 2019 and again in June 2020 when it alerted staff that it would not be able to fulfil its obligation to pay salaries on the 25th day of those months. In a letter to the party’s members from secretary-general Ace Magashule, the party said that it would not be able to pay the salaries of its hundreds of workers across the country, in a repeat of the December 2019 scenario when the party failed to pay its staff salaries after a decline in donor funding.

Stealing the food out of babies mouths.
Selling their own grand mothers.
Forcing poverty into their brothers.
The ANC has no qualms of screwing their own to death.
