Time to say "Eish"

The ANC has again failed to convince the court that it is not liable for a R102 million debt owed to a KwaZulu-Natal branding company for its 2019 general election campaign materials.

On Friday, the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) issued a judgment in an appeal application brought by the ANC to prove that it did not have a contractual agreement with Ezulweni Investments.

Shall we make a donation round? R102m + interest for 4 years is R162m (at,least)

Count me out

The Great Liberation Movement can never be bankrupt, this will just be a temporary cash flow issue, nothing to panic about.
All that remains of the great liberation movement is the sun bleached skeleton of it's carcass.

With decolonized education.. you don't need to payback anyone. It's the African way of doing business.

ANC is broke, the cadres looting it. Nothing is sacred to them

Skelm wetters. This gives me a very warm and very fuzzy feeling.

I assume that no comrades were/are involved in Ezulweni Investments considering that, nearly five years later, the debt is still unpaid. Contrast that with the Digital Vibes comrade who effortlessly scored R150 million and, despite the obvious scam, is still sitting pretty.

That was government money though... Easier to pay when you actually have the money.
