ANC ordered to pay KZN company R102 million after three years of dodging

So in essence:

Mr Fix Fokol: we not paying
Claimant: Ill stop the liquidation process if you can put securities up to cover the debt, if you lose the constitutional appeal.
Cyril & co: OK.

uBaba has got this.

Zuma, a man renowned for his complete inability to grasp numbers, never mind handle his own finances despite numerous warnings is coming to the rescue of a political organisation that can't handle it's own finances but is very adept at mishandling money that isn't theirs

What many people don't realize is that uBaba is a skilled negotiator in his own right, some even say he is better than Cyril.

I have no doubt he is a skilled negotiator, he'll have to be as the ANC basically has zero excuses not to pay this bill and the courts agree. Having said that, when it comes to the ANC and I pain to call it leadership as they are devoid of any, the courts or constitution or rule of law or just simple common decency are largely irrelevant.

Resolving our differences the African way.

The ANC also claimed that it had the money to pay off the R102 million and was not at risk of liquidation, despite reports to the contrary.

lol.. If they had the money, they would have paid. Why would your risk getting the sheriff to come and pay you a visit?

The lawyer added that it was also resolved that neither party will debate the matter in the media or in public, including in social media forums, until the conclusion of the negotiations.

Once again... keep it secret to wash the egg of their face.
