ANC plans to launch its own mobile network to help win the 2019 elections

The Mail & Guardian has reported that the ANC plans to launch a mobile network on the back of Cell C called “ANC 1912 Mobile”.

Why don't they just fix the election results? Probably easier than launching a network for it.
