I hear you. But I guarantee you, when your freedom is at stake (and you know you are very likely to be abused in prison), and you have the funds, you will try every trick in the book to keep your freedom, whether you are guilty or not. And evidence or not, it is a person's right to appeal. Only thing I do not agree with though, is that he is out on bail after being convicted. All appeals need to happen with him in custody.If there is video of me smashing a glass jug over someones head, I would plead guilty and not waste the courts time. Hopefully they'll be lenient for showing remorse.
