ANC and Eskom board attack André de Ruyter

Former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter faced vicious attacks following an interview where he exposed ANC corruption at the power utility and revealed embarrassing behind-the-scenes information.

In the interview, De Ruyter said the power utility is a feeding trough for the ANC and that the party is stuck in outdated communist ideologies.

Of course they would, innocent people would turn around and basically just be like eh. The guilty want to throw their toys out their cots and point fingers, which instead makes them look more guilty.

He is no fool. Bet you anything everything he said he had hard evidence for. So he is waiting for the denials and his exit to a safe location before dumping the evidence on the internet. At least one can hope.
Apparently Eskom locked him out of the network and from his computer, so the man has no way of proving his allegations, he is defeated, he should accept it and move on.

When did they lock him out? The entire 3 years he was there? Do you think he'd throw those allegations out without making sure he was covered first?

Just now when they fired him, I heard it from a very reliable source on this forum, I have no reason to doubt that he knows what he is talking about.

Suddenly this guy is the hero. Is he not the fool that kept on saying the Volvo remote was a tracking device? Although I believe there is a lot of corruption and theft at Eskom, from what I have seen of this guy, it is plausible that the journalist led this attention seeker into a trap and he has no proper evidence.
I sometimes wonder if people's hate for the ANC does not cloud there judgement, just like the case when some politicians jump on Twitter before they have all the facts.

quite entertaining to watch, like a Bunch of Toddlers wearing Rolexes and Louis Vitton slippers.
the more they scream and shout and yell and point the more and more they dig their hole deeper and deeper.

the DA should use excerpt of this interview when they campaigning for elections, people need to have what ADR said as their ringtones.
it should be reminded to people constantly, and never ever be forgotten.

The guy was the CEO - he was privvy to a lot of information. We not talking about a janitor here who may have heard something in the corridor.
