Hi Guys

Want to know what you guys do, to limit battery drain on your wearables? I dont think turning off notifications is the solution, because then it defeats the purpose of having a smart watch. Ive turned off ambient mode, and a few other things, but curious to hear from those who have watches with Android Wear

Thanks

I get about a day and a half on my Sony, I've got a charger on my desk for my mifi and cellphone device on my desk so I don't limit anything.

I dont limit mine either. My screen is on all day. I charge mine before bed - then turn the screen off before I go to sleep. Turn it back on the next morning. Buttery at 72% now. G watch R.

TIP:
2 taps of the side button - turns the screen off.
3 taps boosts brightness for short time (handy when in the sun).

Smartwatch 3? the nice thing about those are that you have a micro USB directly on the watch and the transflective is very good outside... One annoying thing on my G watch R is that it looks like I have a torch on my wrist at night. I liked the screen on the sony better...

Yup 3, yeah the little USB port on the bottom is handy, tricky at first to charge but once you've gotten used to it. The screen is better than my LG G 4 outside.

Thats why i said, it would be silly to limit anything. I wish the Moto 360 could have been charged via the watch itself as well.

Only problem with the Moto is outside in bright sunlight is not good.

I don't use "Tilt to wake" because the screen is always on (ambient mode).

what shows up on this screen: View attachment 419998
This, but weired because mine shows 5 hours left. Your battery almost same percentage, but showing a day

Correct yes.

But i also think the watch faces are hurting me

My current watch face

My watch face is similar. Have you tried to turn tilt to wake off and just leave the screen on in ambient mode?
