I think she was high on drugs and was pissed after crashing into a garage and being confronted by bystanders. She fled the scene, almost ran over a woman and was involved in a hit and run with a Jaguar before she crashed into the house. Definitely didn't have a stroke.

Yes but no alcohol was in her system at the time of the crash according to police. She drank vodka a couple of days earlier.

The way she was speeding though without slowing down at all makes me wonder if there wasn't maybe an issue with the accelerator after fleeing the garage crash. Maybe it was stuck or damaged somehow. It's either that or she was just having a crazy drug episode.

Nope, scratch that, not an accelerator issue. The woman who shot this video said this moment was the 3rd time she sped by her house. She sped up and down this street, so that's why she knew Anne was coming back so she can get it on camera here:
