Thats her in the stretcher fighting with the fireman

Yep, as a drugged up or drunk person is wont to do. Still nothing to do with later diagnoses and complications from her crash.

I've been at a likely drunk motorcyclists accident, he didn't take a curve properly and must have slid into a tree, he didn't want to listen to staying still and such and wanted to walk around and yell about stuff. 20 minutes later, just before the ambulance arrived he was lying curled up on the ground crying cause his ribs/chest hurt real bad.

Most motorbike accidents results in the rider jumping and screaming and walking away 5-10m from the scene then they walk back and say things like I dislocated my shoulder or hurt their knee

This story however just gets more and more interesting, there is so much to unpack, the garage/locker incident, the almost knocking a lady in the street, speeding upto 3 times around the same block, the noise of the tyres, the crash, the fire and now she is seen alive kicking and screaming, naked, no blood anywhere, wrapped in white sheets which is also strange to zip up a patient like that

She is not naked, she is fully clothed in the same clothes that she had on in pictures before the crash, just maybe wet. The fully covered blankets is what they do for burn victims, its not a plastic body bag.
Nothing funny about still being conscious after the crash. Most burn victims are conscious and even walk away after getting burned, only for some to die a few days later. I even think a day after the crash they still said she was stable.
This was a day or two after the crash

Oh my god, the level of stupid there, the first responders would not have declared her to be in a coma or brain dead at that time, so it has little relation to her current status.
They question is how did she end up in a coma then...

Severe burns affect both the skin and the lungs, leading to infection and inflammation, organ failure and shock, lack of oxygen, and finally brain damage.

See: https://www.nigms.nih.gov/education/Documents/BurnsFactSheet_Final.pdf
During this inflammatory response, there is fluid loss that can cause a sharp and potentially deadly drop in blood pressure known as shock. Fluid can also become trapped inside the body, leading to swelling known as edema. If tissues and organs do not receive enough oxygen because of shock, edema, or something else, they suffer damage and can fail. The lungs, heart, brain, and kidneys are particularly susceptible.

Feel sorry for the woman who lost her home though.
A fund, set up to assist Mishele in her financial struggles arising from the accident, has already raised $150,000.

Often induced when some injuries occur.
Smoke inhalation will cause lung damage and vastly reduced lung function.
Mechanical ventilation would be required - induced coma is often chosen above heavy sedation.

I find this video somewhat macabre.
A patient who appears to be totally unconscious or even dead, is completely covered with a sheet.
Not a single movement on that stretcher until reaching the ambulance. Then suddenly she pulls the sheets open and tries to get up.

I'm guessing this is little more than brain stem activity where the brain suddenly goes into fight or flight mode and the body and organs respond - patient reacting like a zombie.
