Hi, guys

I'm leaving my current company next week and staring at the new company on 1 October.

According to my contract I accrue 1.25 days leave per month worked.

Since I have worked the whole of September, am I correct in saying that I will have earned the last 1.25 days, even though I won't be here to take them?

Can I request my employer to pay me for that leave in my last paycheck?

Yes you can. If they have a decent payroll program, it should do this automatically.

Yes you are correct. You are entitled to that last 1.25 day leave payout
