I sent this after getting their "fair policy" e-mail

Could you please tell me why on earth you are mailing me your "fair use" policy when your bandwidth is being eaten up left, right and center by your own transparent proxy screw up? Im not even getting enough bandwidth to excessively utilize your network let alone do much as its slower than a 56k modem. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now and I have already placed my order for ADSL. Im tired of your companies lack of communication with your clients and the only time I receive an e-mail since I have been with you guys and that has not been prompted with a reply from my side has been this one. I think sentech is in a huge amount of trouble and the fact that you cannot thank a member of the public who discovered your hole ridden system I think is pathetic. Not having an open forum is pathetic and serves no one, calling posting on a forum where you can defend your horrible level of service due to the fact that you think its stooping to a lower level of existence is pathetic, all in all sentech is pathetic and as much as you try I think your going to be loosing allot of potential customers as well as existing customers. I cant understand this mentality in South Africa where customer service is non-existent and blaming your customers is a daily practice and you seem to condone it. I have two tickets open and not one gets any attention so should I care? No I do not, please don't bother e-mailing me about this acceptable policy as I don't care since you don't care.

Well put. [:D]

Unless management’s jobs are on the line, you know that this is merely water off a duck's back.

It proves to me that the state should not be involved in any form of business whatsoever. They should stick to administrating the countries services and that’s all. I took a look at the management profile of Sentech yesterday and it just reminded me of the Old SA, with its bureaucracy. Officials sitting in comfortable jobs with no concern other than their own personal needs in life, waiting for the day that they can go on pension.

And while the state wastes time, all the professional people that can make a wonderful concept like Wireless work, move off to other greener pastures.

I wonder if the state is really concerned. Why should they worry when Telkom just gave them an R185mil dividend cheque. Easy money without any sweat.

If they make such a huge cock up of something that's not really 'vital', imagine the **** going on with the important things that really do matter ...

Hey CrazyMadMan, can I copy/paste the email and also send it to slimetech as my answer? Copy/paste seems to be the norm in their communications. [:p]
