got a call yesterday from sentech re my ticket number 50xx, sir, is everything ok speed wise now? have you noticed an improvement? well, i say, no, my speed tests now indicate a big fat zero.... ???? he says, you dumbwit i say, i cancelled your stupid service nearly 2 months ago, where is my rebate??? um, sorry sir. i find out for you.
they phone me this morning, we want to come pick up the modem... ??? you dipswitch, you collected the modem nearly 2 months ago.... no we didnt, yes you did, no sir it does not state here we have your modem you owe us a modem...
they can bitch and moan as much as they like thank god back then i made the dude who came to fetch the modem sign for it so i have it in writing that they collected it... my suggestion please guys dont let them take your modem with out you having some sort of receipt that covers you in case of THIS.
