Any alternatives to MWeb 1MBps @ R399pm?

Recently my internet speed has dropped to the point where I can't even watch youtube in 360p and Mweb has been unable to resolve the problem which got me looking around for a better ISP and I found some good deals compared to Mweb. I was just wondering if anyone on here had any stellar deals they could share with me? Also how much of a hassle would it be to switch form Mweb to a different ISP? Just BTW the maximum speed my line can handle is 4MBps.

Afrihost Business Uncapped 1mbps @ R397 (This includes account and line). These accounts are probably the best accounts around. Full speed all day long on anything and everything, never been happier and they never complain over how much you use, I used over 900gb last month and not a peep from them

Afrihost is awesome. Moved from Mweb ever since the throttling started and haven't been disappointed.
