Is my link not working for anyone, or are there just no anti-vaxxers on MyBB?
I recall seeing one or two posting here. I don't think these people will change no matter how much evidence you throw at them.

Another good read here: http://www.vox.com/2015/1/26/7907067/melinda-gates-measles-vaccines
With all the stories going around I have no idea what to believe anymore :erm:

Believe the science and scientific research, not stories in the press.
Sad, but true. One has to keep trying though... now that I have a daughter, I really want to try and put a stop to the stupidity in any way I can.
The Government has paid almost £2m to Ulster children left severely disabled by vaccines, despite claiming the routine jabs are safe, the Belfast Telegraph can today reveal.
Carol Buxton received £85,000 compensation after it was confirmed that the brain damage suffered by her daughter Hannah, who later died after a violent fit, was linked to the MMR jab.
The parents of two healthy toddlers who died ten days after being given the controversial MMR jabs have warned the Government that they will not allow the cause of their deaths to be 'covered up'.
Doctors say they cannot explain why George Fisher and Anna Duncan, both aged 17 months, died in their sleep.
OK, but then how do you respond to something like this?

now i am not against vaccines, and there are two sides to this. there are those who are opposed to vaccines despite their amazing track record, and there are those that think ANY resistance is a sign that you're a loon. 99% of vaccines are safe, and we've reached the point in our society where they are even safer than before, but don't treat the people who have lost children to bad batches as if they're the same as crackpots and crazies - they've lost an important part of their lives.
how would you have felt differently about your daughter if she was dead now because someone contaminated a batch or someone told you that a fever and swelling was normal? it makes no difference to how successful vaccines are, to those people now their lives are ruined, and they want to stop other people from losing their loved ones.
people must just look at it realistically and people should be held accountable. there is a reason people sign forms relieving doctors of responsibility any time they go in for surgery, it should be the same for when administrating medication or vaccines to kids.
my son is fully vaccinated, but every case or situation is unique
No medical intervention is ever 100% safe, but the benefits of vaccination far far outweigh the risks. So much so that there shouldn't even be a "debate" about whether or not to vaccinate.
it should be a debate, especially since some people are left childless because people blindly accept information they are given from either side. some kids die from bad batches, some kids die from catching a disease. either way, you can get vaccinated against a disease and never encounter that disease in your life time. there are vaccinated and unvaccinated kids living side by side right now, equally healthy.
it's a debate to eliminate misconceptions and to get facts, not to label any opposing info as immediately false and carry on beating the drum
The debate is about as relevant as whether cars are safe because someone's child died in one once.
On February 7, 2014, General Motors (GM) recalled about 800,000 of its small cars due to faulty ignition switches, which could shut off the engine during driving and thereby prevent the airbags from inflating.[1] The company continued to recall more of its cars over the next several months. As of June 30, 2014, GM has issued 45 recalls in 2014, which have involved nearly 28 million cars worldwide and over 24.6 million in the United States. GM says it expects to charge $1.2 billion against its second quarter earnings as a result of its ongoing recalls, and the charge could get worse as lawsuits and investigations continue.[2]
The fault had been known to GM for at least a decade prior to the recall being declared.[3] Some have suggested that the company actually approved the switches in 2002 even though they knew they might not meet safety standards.[4]
