Any constant interruptions in the Roodepoort area?

I reside in Helderkruin, Roodepoort where the Fibre cables are managed by Vumatel.
For the last few weeks there has been constant interruptions with the speed. The speed can drop to 0.03 kbs, or it can disconnect on its own and reconnect out of the blue a few minutes later.
I do not know what the problem might be. My ISP is Webafrica and they have logged a ticket (this was on Monday) with Vumatel regarding my query and they told me that Vumatel will monitor the connection at where I am residing and will let me know in 48 hours their findings.
Only problem is, today (27-05-2020) their Whatsapp Support has been utter busy, or they are avoiding me (I hope it is the former).
Has anyone else experienced similar issues recently?
