Any Network techies familiar with F5 + IPSEC VPN?

Hey forumites,

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with F5 devices, in particular familiar with S2S VPN connectivity using IPSEC.

We are trying to initiate a tunnel to an overseas partner and have one-way traffic. They are insisting it's an issue on our end, which it isn't... Just looking for someone who I can bounce some qualifying questions off of.
