Any news on the 2012 Macbook Pro?

A quick question - Keen to purchase a Macbook pro this year, however, have read a few rumors about a 2012 Macbook Pro. The question is buy now or wait? If wait, when do you think the new Macbook Pro will be launched?

The rumors are second quarter 2012. Big story is the possible retina-type display.

I would suggest waiting if you can... looks like the new macbooks will even sport Ivy Bridge...

Agree. Hold off for a while. The MBP's normally gets their upgrade in April / May and it seems like it will be a nice upgrade.

If you don't need it now, then no reason not to wait. There are always rumours and predictions though. Sometimes they even get something right.

You could, but those would be Windows machines... Apple don't go to CES, they have their own events... The next one is on the 19th but it's more content than hardware related.
