Got 2 uchoose Flex 200 accounts, one of which is my daughters, which I manage on her behalf. On the 29th of February I successfully purchased a once off 1gb data bundle @ R149.
On checking my balances the account was debited with R298 and credited with 3 x 2gb data bundles??!!
Spent the last 2 weeks querying this trying to get it resolved. No luck... Ref. No. is 1-3196880086.

Nope, talking about customers being migrated onto the new billing system. The old one is being phased out. What is the cell number anyway and I will have a look for you if they are still investigating your query.

Woohoo - not just me. uChooseFlexi - and just noticed I also had 3 bundles because it was showing a really high amount of available data. Grrr - now to get hold of customer care.
Update: got hold of customer care - they have no clue why it is showing 3 bundles loaded - with the same usage across all 3 - yet my total available is the sum of all 3 - I sense an expensive bill coming along for people if this is a problem and no one notices.
