Hi,

ADSL Network is Solely Owned by Telkom so there is no luck this is why it was a fight to break that monopoly because it would have been the same with fiber... Fiber is where that really changes... Only other option is a WISP (Wireless).

I was so desperate for fiber that I was perpared to have telkom even if it just ment i could get fiber but i am so glad that Vumatel has come to capetown in my area. As telkom is just too overpriced compared to other ISP's
