Any uncapped internet access without Telkom or fibre?

Other than Telkom and fibre providers, are there any providers of uncapped internet access via fixed or mobile?

In the UK I used to use a LTE: unlimited / uncapped / un-throttled . 10 quid a month. I have not found anything similar in SA. The best you could probably do is use TelkomMobile and buy one of their 50GB packages. They had a promo last year for R200 per month and 10GB limit... not great if you are a download slapper though...
