Anybody bought this HDMI > RF Modulator

Hi, I was browsing Ali Express, when I came across this.

This in theory would convert a HDMI signal to a DVB-T Ready signal, which would allow me to view, and record Satellite TV content in HD, on my Digital TV.

Has anybody ever attempted this?
The price seems extremely reasonable.
