Are there any restrictions on smartshopper earn on fuel purchases. Can you purchase at all feul stations to earn smartshopper points
Yes.

I seriously think there is an issue with your registration process.

I signed up for myself on the website with the 3rd option of account funding and my limits where set to the 20k

Later the same day my wife went thru to a pnp and signed up at the kiosk and used the 2nd opt for account funding and her account limit is 500k

The last time we both went to home affairs and updated our records was when we registered our marraige.
That's correct to up your limits you should go get a card at an kiosk so it can scan and verify your biometrics.

Also experienced a card decline for a purchase (R250.00) with similar amount(within R1)of a previous swipe of (R250.03) done same day.

Luckily for me money did not leave my account

Guessing last month's (maybe more than a month - dunno) Smartshopper points were allocated as my balance jumped quite a bit and haven't shopped at PnP that much but have used the card almost daily all over the place.

I've just found the fastest way to get Tyme to resolve any issue, or to at least contact you.

Email then, wait a few days, and you probably won't get any response. Then contact the banking ombudsman, and state that you could not escalate the matter as Tyme has not published any way of escalating any issues, and they generally do not reply to emails.

I got an email a few days later, stating that they have been trying to contact me for a few days
(unheard of during any of my past queries/complaints)

I however hope that this is how their customer service is going to be from now, not only if the ombudsman contacts them.

Mon-Fri 15:00

EFT To Tyme accounts are free and immediate.

The receiving bank still has to clear the eft after this

As Antelope said, generally, when you transfer money before 15h00, the funds will be received later in the evening. After 15h00, the funds will be received the following evening

Hi guys, just an update from our side, the process of creating Smart Shopper link with BP for points is now complete and in effect, you can earn Smart Shopper points using your TymeBank card when you purchase fuel! :) You can also pay for (or partially pay for) your fuel using points earned with your TymeBank card.

Just a pity you won't get them on your Smartshopper profile and lose them eventually. One would think the basics should be sorted first?

@TymeBank , @TymeGuy I recently moved back to an iPhone, I am missing the TymeBank app. Any update on when you will have it available? I tried to search this thread for info without success.

Hey electrix, we appreciate the feedback, the current offering is by no means final, however currently there are no plans to change these limits.

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to here, sorry, do you mean the electronic transfers as quoted in the image?

Hey werfie, we're totally aware of the demand for an iOS app and it is something that is being worked on, however we do not have an ETA on when it will be released, for now we encourage all iOS users to make use of our internet banking on their browsers. We will be sure to update as soon as we have more news on the app.

So I'm experiencing another issue and I believe it's related to the Shell Select FNB POS machine.

It shows my total on the POS Machine and I tap or insert my card. After is authorized the till shows like R7.90 remaining or whatever amount remaining. It's like when it authorizes it only authorizes a partial payment. It's been happening on my card but noticed it on my Nedbank PAYU account too.
