@TymeBank, @TymeGuy, What happens when you send money to the incorrect number? I tried to dial the incorrect number to negotiate with them to forward the pin but the number is always on voicemail.

Got an SMS to inform me that finally my account has been upgraded.
Maximum balance limit now is 500k (incl 100k GoalSave), daily tx limit is 100k.

How did you manage that? Were you one of the ones stuck on 50k 'cos they didn't have the right details on sign up?

When i signed up.
My current address was not listed on the available addresses, so i typed it in and i had to wait for it to be verified.

same for me, how did you get it verified? i sent them my POA and they said its correct but still stuck on 50k.

I did query this some weeks back via Tweeter and they said in time it will be fixed and i did not send anything from my side to them.

Same here but I got an SMS about 2 weeks ago upgrading my profile, guess they're doing in batches.

Few feature requests directed at Tyme. Getting the proof of payment in a PDF would be nice, having the ability to send it to an email address would also be nice. It would also be nice to click on a payment in my statement and get the Proof of payment there.

There's a lot of necessary basic features that they are working on for the past year.
They have quite a long list of features that should have ideally been ready before their public launch.
They have been quite for some time now.
So probably working on something big and complicated for them, like online purchases and foreign usage, the latter of which is seemingly extremely difficult and time consuming for them to launch.

Seems like PicknPay shut down the airtime purchases via the app. I have queried many times now but they say the only notice they got was the service has been taken down until further notice. Looks like no more airtime with points :(

Disappointing. That's all I ever used points for.

Please try to get the R20 discount at Pick n Pay sorted out, I'm starting to feel likely Charlie Brown trying to kick the football here.

I get spammed about R20 off my next Pick n Pay purchase with my Tyme card, but it doesn't happen. The discount is the only reason I would use my Tyme card, otherwise I'd use my Pick n Pay store account.

When I signed up for my Tymebank acc, everything went smoothly.

However, my wife was another matter. I installed the Android app on her phone, then signed her up.

Went a week or so later to the Tymebank kiosk to get her card, but the machine went into a loop and we could not get a card no matter what we do.

I emailed Tymebank, and we got that sorred out. The only niggle was that it took a day for the rep to respond, but we got that sorted in the end.

When we went to the Tymebank kiosk to get her card, the machine initially spat out a blank card, but after a retry, it obliged and rewarded her with a card.

So now all that is left for us is to start using it.

That's really odd, it should reflect on your next purchase on the till slip :( Let me follow up with our team, I'll PM you once I have some info.

@TymeBank @TymeGuy what is the process in changing your physical address with Tymebank?
