Anybody signed up with Tymebank?

I can log in via the app, but when I try via the website it just hangs after entering my info.

Thanks, I do not have the app.
I tried a password reset and it shows a connection timeout.
Glad it's not just me.

Website seems to be working again today. Was not device specific as I tried Windows pc, android phone and tablet with same result.
Also tried Rain and Vodacom connection.
Was down for half of yesterday with connection timeouts though.

Has anyone exceeded their R100k goal save limit? Do you only not earn interest on the amount you deposited over R100k or does it mess up the entire goal save account? I ask as I forgot to account for the R1 I put into a goal save to "prime" it. I'd like to think that I simply don't earn interest on my last R1, but have no idea what Tyme does in this situation.

Did you deposit more than 100k in total by now? That shouldn't be possible as transactions should be reversed.

That's what there website said. Maybe I messed up on my calculations and it's under R100k. I'll have to check again.

hmm.. I got sms about "Thanks for joining our family". Tried Tymebank app but didn't receive sms. Website doesn't recognize my login yet.

I will wait for a day and retry.

If I recall correctly, I had to register for Internet Banking separately, however I did sign up first at the kiosk.
Maybe registration does not automatically grant you Internet Banking access?

Thanks. Tried all of that. Tried forgot password then resetting pin - these 2 work fine but I cannot login. I will wait for a day or two - there is no rush as I wanted to test if it is as good as everyone say.

Yeah, I went the reset password route previously thinking it was the problem, but it only worked, as I said, when I activated my internet banking account.
It's an ok bank. Has its' hiccups but depends on how you want to use it.
For me I am stuck at the "Just Met" stage so it's really restricting me at R20K.
I cannot use it as my main bank due to this.
To unlock this requires a trip to home affairs which I am not keen on.

Thanks. So far good points for me
1. Impressed with connection to home affairs - didn't expect this one
2. Took less than 5 minutes to submit application.

Tried internet banking, doesn't seem to work. On tymebank app, it says pending approval but I was expecting to login as soon as I received sms saying 'Thanks for joining family'. Looks ok so far to me and maybe it is communication that needs to improve.
