Anybody signed up with Tymebank?

I'm getting really pissed off really fast.
I am trying to buy airtime. Fkn error as usual, but the amount is deducted, no airtime received. Try again. Same shyte.

Never had a problem personally buying airtime, sending monies btwn my current and Tyme account, drawing cash, POS sales (ok maybe 2 times in 12 months due to Tyme bank being offline perhaps ), and debit orders, or the occasional tap.

YMMV as they say but I do wonder why some ppl seem to struggle with almost every aspect of their Tyme banking....

If you select payout and have 10 GS's .... When it pays out,do you have then 9 or still 10 (with one non active) ?

9 GSs, with one closed one, you can then open 1 new GS again.

What do you mean by goal?

No access. You let it accrue or you close it and it's withdrawn to your current account in 1 lump sum.

There is no goal set anywhere except in ones own brain, so you can access the money on a GoalSave at any time.

Now the only thing remaining is the facial recognition verification since I am still stuck on the Just Met stage with a measly R20 000 limit.
@TymeBank @TymeGuy any news when this will be available or is there an alternative to upping the limits without the hassles of going to Home Affairs?
