Now the only thing remaining is the facial recognition verification since I am still stuck on the Just Met stage with a measly R20 000 limit.
@TymeBank @TymeGuy any news when this will be available or is there an alternative to upping the limits without the hassles of going to Home Affairs?

I helped 4 guys opening Tyme Accounts in Dec. Day 1, open the account. Day 2, get the Pick and Pay card. Day 3, login and check the limits (R100 000). As easy as that (no fuss, no drama, and even prints didnt verify at the kiosk either)

If you're one of the unlucky ones you're stuck. It's not really about verifying or not but whether the system ups your limits at the time. If it doesn't you stay on the lower limit and they have no manual procedure to correct it. It's that they should fix rather than telling people to go to home affairs which doesn't work.

All and all, Tyme should work on a fix (it will benefit them too and the clients)

So how old is the GS exactly? Maybe you are now on day 90 exactly and it will happen tomorrow.

TymeGuy ... when adding a beneficiary (FNB), I can only select one branch code ... and if I enter it manually it complains. Think its a bug. Just take note of it

Branch codes don't matter anymore that's why newer banks like Capitec etc only has one universal branch code and why Tyme doesn't allow you to change it.

the funny thing, the FNB code is a fixed RANDBURG code, not even the universal code ( L O L )

No, let me explain. when you select the bank (FNB), 254005 pops up as the Randburg Commercial Suite.

You can type in the universal code (250655), but it isnt accepted => Error => Please select a valid branch

I agree with you here. My mom is stuck on the bottom tier status and I can't work out how to bump it up. I can't send her to home affairs. I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy. The alternative is to wait it out or work with the limits.

Where do I see my limit? I've opened up my account when they launched, but only went to get my card this past weekend.
