I have that bug often on the app. Close, reopen, money will be where it should be.

I see that behaviour as well. Mostly use the app, seldom the website.

@TymeBank Team @TymeBank @TymeGuy - done several times on website & app. Transfer shows up on transaction history but not reflected in Goal. This needs to be fixed. This is really very basic stuff guys. I was quite positive till now but this is getting ridiculous now.

Logged a dispute with tymebank contact centre. Never had to do this with any bank for a simple intra account transfer. Ever.

@TymeBank @TymeGuy @TymeBank Team, please advise how to set reduced daily limits, I don'y want a R50 000 daily limit debit card limit nor a R200 000 payment limit, it's unsafe and unsecure (and the reality of it is if someone skims my card, they can then clean me out. Capitec and FNB allow me to reduce my daily limits on their apps (i.e. to say R3 000), and you can enable temporary higher limits if you need to spend more on the odd occasion. At least this limits theft in the case of card skimming, etc.

Not if most of it is in GoalSaves which it should be anyway to get that interest...

Also still waiting
Amazing, we're nearly half way through the next month already and Tyme haven't found the time to pay us out the few measely R's ( in my case anyway) they proudly promise as an advertising gimmick to spend your money with their debit card and get the incredible sum of 0.5% kickback.

The illogic is baffling. Not.

Today we used our Tymebank card on a iKhokha Card Machine at the Shongweni market but it declined twice (according to the machine), so we ended up paying with a different card. Now we see the money came out of our account

Seems they're trying to compete with Sassa.

Yep. Sounds exactly like the tymebank experience. Wait a few days and it will return. That's what keeping me from using it as my primary account. It also tends to decline at crazy store / crazy plastics.
