Anyone know whether the PnP Family in Plettenberg Bay has a working TymeBank kiosk?

The tool at https://www.tymebank.co.za/ways-to-bank/find-a-kiosk/ doesn't seem to work for me. I get no results regardless of what I search for.

I mostly go straight to internet banking, that is what is important, any other part is very rarely visited and internet banking still looks the same, but it is more responsive. I wouldn't notice any change to the website elsewhere since I so very rarely go there.

its been a while since the app is not working

without any notice , tyme now charges for every deposit.
only the first deposit after opening an account is free

@TymeGuy this is terrible , at least have the decency to inform of the change in pricing.
if you dont want to inform all your customers, then at least reply or get your team @TymeBank Team to reply to those querying here.

this will be one of the questions @TymeGuy will conveniently ignore, initially he used to reply to queries, and actually added features which we suggested, and resolved errors which were indicated to.
But it seems like they are (or rather think that they are) gone too big now

Anyone else getting 0% interest on GoalSaves regardless of age and money in there?

I've been following some of the advice from this thread, always having a few GoalSaves with R1.00 each standing by for when I need them. Then on 30 Aug a bunch of them (oddly not all) get an entry saying "New interest rate applied 0%".

I've been chatting with Tyme Bank support on WhatsApp regularly since then, but that hasn't helped at all. Sometimes they tell me there should be money in the GoalSave, I respond telling them that there is money in, and then it goes quiet again. Once they said there was an issue they were working on and asked me to wait a few days, it has now been nearly a month.

Would be good to hear if anyone else has seen the same issue and got it solved by saying some magic words to the right contact at Tyme Bank.

Is there any hope that @TymeGuy or the @TymeBank Team would pay attention to this post?
