I have a motorcycle that does some odd UberEats/MR_Delivery work, would making those payments from the go to TymeBank count as salary?
Arent those just normal efts? Do you get a payslip for those payments?

Maybe best to ask them, else it will just be speculation...

Hi! This has surely been asked by others before...

Allow me to ask it again:
Once one has reached the R100k goalsave ceiling- are there any tricks of what to do?

Must we just let remainder sit in Everyday account earning no interest?

That's basically it. There was a loophole some people used but there was also some people getting negative interest because of it so better not to try and deposit more.

If you have a spouse or child you could open accounts in their name

There isn't anything else to do. The R100k limit applies to deposits, not interest earned, so you will earn more interest on the interest paid into your goal saves.

Is anyone else missing interest for the 1st June 2019 on their goalsave account ? My statement jumps from 1st May to 1st July and the amount difference between the 2 is only 1 months interest.

Have logged it with them 2 months ago but still waiting for a resolution.

Once you have reached the R100k limit you take the rest of the money and put it in another high interest, immediate access account with another bank, which is of course African Bank, and no, it's not going to collapse and you lose all your money.

Anyone know if you can get a second card linked to the same account? I cant find anything on the website.

I am looking for a basic account that my wife and I can use for our monthly grocery budget. Tymebank seems ideal due to the link with smart shopper points but we each need a card.
