Seems to have resolved itself.
I emailed them as well earlier, so not sure if anything happened there.
Weird stuff.

I did not see they increaeed prices on the 1st.

They advertised more free transactions but they failed to mention they increased fees on other transactions.

Also tyme does not return money that gets placed on hold. If you signup for like a trial and they reserve the amount, tyme does not refund the reserve and charges you R9 to reverse it as a disputed transaction and if it's in foreign currency you seem to get charged a currency conversion again.

Very poor show from them.

They're still cheaper than most. Strange I disputed a Paypal transaction and didn't get charged R9.

All the more reason to only use them as a savings tool.

@tymeguy is this non-refund policy correct?

Each bank has it's issues and if they don't they probably cost as much as the entry level fibre monthly fee on a monthly bases so yeah I don't know maybe Bank Zero will be something we shall see.

No, nothing for a few days now myself. Rather strange. Usually pretty instantaneous.
Could be Vodacom though, their message system is often pigeon post slow when connecting to network and receiving old sms's.
Luckily the Tyme app shows balances/transactions real time...
